Low-Demo Primary Bath Renovation

TAMPA, FLORIDA • COMPLETED FEBRUARY 2025

The goal of this primary bath project was to revamp the space to more accurately reflect the homeowners' personality. The low-demo renovation was done with a transitional style that focused on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I kept the original white shaker-style vanity and countertops, but added cabinet hardware and swapped the original chrome faucets with new Moen polished nickel faucets. The muted, powdery blue paint gives it a classic yet fresh look. I chose to hang the shower curtain from the ceiling to create the illusion of taller ceilings, and we used two curtain panels to elevate the shower space. The wood-framed mirrors and woven accents add warmth and a touch of organic modern style, while the soft textiles and subtle decor create a cozy and elegant feel.
